TREVER®|LYST Polymeric Catalysts
TREVER®|LYST catalysts are spherical polymers in the gel or macroreticular form and are used in heterogeneous processes. TREVER®|LYST polymeric catalysts are primarily based on functionalized styrene divinylbenzene copolymers but acrylic and phenolic backbones are also available. They offer high selectivity, high activity, and long lifetime in a variety of chemical reactions.
TREVER®|LYST polymeric catalysts have been developed for the industrial production of chemicals such as fuel additives, acrylates and esters and are used in a wide range of reactions including alkylation, dimerization, etherification, esterification and hydration.

** Acid site concentration actually describes the accessibility of the reactants to the acid sites and their distribution among the bead and on the inner surface but not necessarily the performance of a catalyst
Note 1: Dry versions can be prepared upon request
Note 2 : Small bead sizes for high performance separations on request (e.g. 100 – 400 microns)
